John's transition from small business owner to becoming a corporate entity and rich-lister has taken effort, a clear understanding of where he wants to go and the fearlessness to move the goalposts in his favour. Having recently purchased Stonewood Homes in Christchurch and opened Urban Hub Serviced Offices in Wellington, John is keeping himself very busy with these new projects.DirectorOne of Michael's key strengths is Operations Management. Michael is the younger of the two Chow brothers who as an entrepreneur has overcome enormous odds to become successful. Craig leads the financial reporting requirements across the group. Day to day he’s responsible for financial & management reporting, budgeting, cash flow, compliance, bank financing, risk management, insurance, due diligence of potential investment opportunities and group structure.Audit and Recovery ManagerPeter is a Chartered Accountant of CA ANZ with Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in both accounting and finance from Auckland and Otago Universities and has over 14 years’ corporate accounting and reporting experience in large multinational corporates. Peter supports in leading of the group finance team with the group CFO and to provide astute and reliable financial information to both internal and external interest parties to CGML group. As group finance manager, day-to-day, Peter oversees all areas of group finance and administration including: payroll, accounts payable and receivables, cash flow management, general ledger, banking and reconciliation.Property Finance ConsultantDavid has 30 years of experience in the finance and property sectors where he has held various senior executive roles. During that time he was involved at an operational level in all aspects of property and business finance, for development and investment.Over the past two years, David has consulted to the Victoria Quarter Trust in Auckland and participated in an advisory capacity to a private property syndicate which owns and manages a selection of commercial property assets in Auckland and Christchurch. Working across multiple industries in the United States advising top-tier management, Hussein was instrumental improving the business strategies of his clients.
